• Save 3.5% by paying with cash or check (service fee applies to card payments). • All quotes are valid for 7 days due to rising material costs. • Turnaround times begin after artwork approval AND payment are received. • Payment in full is required before production begins. • Design time is scheduled separately from production time. • Once artwork is approved, no changes may be made. Any changes will affect pricing and turnaround time. • Turnaround time varies based on the scope of each job. • Rush orders may be limited and/or subject to additional fees. • Customers will be notified when orders are ready via email, text, or phone call. – Online store orders receive email notification only (please ensure a valid email is used). • Orders not picked up within 14 business days may incur storage fees or be subject to disposal or resale if arrangements are not made. No refunds will be issued. • These policies allow us to continue providing quality products while keeping our small business running smoothly. Accounts not paid will be subject to a 10% monthly finance charge per month. Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for store credit or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 3 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
